Cancellations with less 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged a missed appointment fee.
As a courtesy to my other patients, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance if you cannot make your scheduled appointment time. I do not double or triple book appointment times (as many health care providers do) that have been set aside for you, which means that this time cannot be used for anyone else if you do not provide advanced notice that you are not coming. We can almost always fill open appointment times if given proper notice.
Beginning November 1, 2018 we will require a deposit of $99 for all new patient appointments.
