How are acupuncturists educated?

Today, acupuncturists undertake three to four years of extensive and comprehensive graduate training at nationally certified schools. Unfortunately, the State of Oklahoma does not have a licensure requirement for Acupuncturists. Therefore it is critical that you make sure that your Acupuncturist has attended a Master’s Degree program at a nationally certified school of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
